As former influencers ourselves, we know firsthand the highs of creative freedom and the lows of struggling to keep up with constant content demands.

When we looked around at our friends in the industry, we realized how many people chose this lifestyle because they need schedule flexibility. Many of our peers had hidden neurodivergences, invisible disabilities, or situational factors that made it impossible to consistently work a 9-to-5.

Like them, you were probably labeled a “creative” when you first started out. You thrived in the lack of structure, and you loved getting to work on your own time without a fixed schedule.

But then you leveled up.

Your audience exploded. Brand deals started flooding in. The corporate sponsors started knocking, demanding more, faster, always. Your off-the-cuff creation style could no longer keep up with the demands of your content production schedule. Suddenly, you realized you’d swapped the traditional 40-hour-work week for an even more demanding schedule — and now you’re running on empty.

Maybe you’ve tried retaining a traditional agency. They see you as a set of metrics and they’re laser-focused on one thing: improving your numbers at the expense of everything else. They expect you to follow a strict routine, to instantaneously jump on social media trends, to enthusiastically travel for collabs, and to meet every day with full capacity.

But that’s not you.

And we don’t expect you to fit into that box, either.
